Cloud productivity tools, such as Xero and WorkflowMax, are a fantastic way to get better insights into your business. They also reduce data entry and double handling. But getting the right tool is only half the battle. It is important to make sure they are configured in the most appropriate way for your business.

Because it is a system to help create structure and consistency for your business, there are a number of questions you need to be able to answer to use the system properly:

A knowledgeable bookkeeper or accountant can set you up with a Xero account, but WorkflowMax is deceptively complex.

WorkflowMax Support Plans & Packages

Based on feedback from some of our clients, we now offer some support plans to make it easier for you to keep on top of the latest features and updates within Xero, WorkflowMax and the other software solutions we support. These plans are a great way to get the most from the system or see how we have solved particular dilemmas that may be relevant to you.

All of our plans come with priority access to support. This means that, to the best of our ability, we will attempt to respond to you within the hour.

Let’s Get Setup – Basic Package

For those who need basic WorkflowMax setup. This includes importing your contacts, clients, setting up Tasks and Costs, creating basic print templates, (Quote, Invoice, Statement, Purchase Order and Job Brief) customising the system with your company logos and information and custom fields. Your system will be linked to the correct Xero chart of accounts and tested.

Lets Get Setup – Premium Package

For those who have a less straight forward business model and require several print templates created for different business units, a large degree of customisation, and require system templates for regular scope of works. This package also covers items in the Let’s Get Setup – Basic Package.

Kick Starter Plan

A little extra help as you get used to the system in your business. For the first 3 months of using WorkflowMax, you will receive 2 hours’ of support per month where you can call or email us any time for support with everything WorkflowMax. We can also provide extra help to create or amend reports and templates as you get used to the system.

Support Plans

For established clients who are generally on top of things but want an option to ask for help while managing their budgets. Staff can contact us directly without a budget approval each time (don’t worry, we will let you know when you are close to the monthly quota). We offer 2, 4, and 6 hour per month support plans that are paid by direct debit. These hours roll over month to month for the duration of your plan, allowing you to cash in your hours perhaps when new staff members start and require training, or if you want an annual spruce up of your print templates, reports or a system clean up. We can also incorporate your monthly WorkflowMax or other add-on subscriptions to these packages, so you only have one Direct Debit leaving your account each month – making things easier for you.

We will remind you when your plan is nearing its completion to ensure you get the most of your hours. You can also cash in 2 hours per year for business consulting advice from us – great for when you need help with HR, operations or business growth.
